Ingredients
2 pounds flat iron steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

Stir in the butter, parsley, and any juices from the steak plate. Cook for 1 minute, or until the sauce is thick and creamy.
Return the steak to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the steak. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until the steak is heated through.
Serve the steak with the sauce.
