Ingredients
- 2 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into ½ inch slices
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, thyme, oregano, and carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
