Ingredients
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cardamom, salt, pepper, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and lemon juice. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve the chicken with warm pita bread, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, and tzatziki sauce.
