Ingredients
- 1/2 pound of penne pasta
- 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of Asiago cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the sun-dried tomato mixture.
- Stir in the Asiago cheese and season to taste.
- Serve warm.
