Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of Asiago cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Directions

      1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente.
      2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
      3. When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the sun-dried tomato mixture.
      4. Stir in the Asiago cheese and season to taste.
      5. Serve warm.
