Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of your favorite cheese
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, etc.)
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix together until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Form the ground beef mixture into four equally-sized patties.
- Place the patties on a preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until the patties are cooked through.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the grill and place them on a plate.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Place a patty on each toasted bun and top with a slice of cheese.
- Add your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, etc.) and enjoy!
