Ingredients
- 1 whole salmon, cleaned and scaled
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pot, bring the salt, vinegar, and 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the salmon to the boiling liquid and reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the pot and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the lemon, onion, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
