Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 2 tablespoons of oil (vegetable, sunflower, or coconut)
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the plantains and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the plantain slices to the skillet and fry them until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the plantain chips from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, to taste.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
