Ingredients
- 2 ripe plantains

- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Peel the plantains and cut them into thin slices.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the plantain slices to the skillet and fry them until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the plantain chips from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Sprinkle with salt, to taste.
