Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 taco shells
- Optional Toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ranch dressing, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the taco shells. Top with desired toppings, such as lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
