Ingredients
- 1 package Kielbasa, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine the kielbasa slices and olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Add the sugar and spice mixture to the kielbasa and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the kielbasa onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the kielbasa is golden brown and slightly crispy.
