Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup of diced potatoes
  • 1/4 cup of carrots, diced
  • 1/4 cup of peas
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground lamb, and cook until it is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the potatoes, carrots, and peas. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the water and cover the skillet. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor, and blend until it is smooth.
  6. Serve warm.
