Directions

- Add the water and cover the skillet. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor, and blend until it is smooth.
- Serve warm.
