Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chicken broth
1 bunch kale, chopped
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add the chicken broth and kale to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the kale is wilted.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, or until heated through.
