  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, and turmeric. Mix well.

  7. Serve the grilled pork satay with the peanut sauce on the side.
  8. Enjoy!
