Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until beef is evenly browned.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and sour cream until smooth.
- Spread beef mixture in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Pour soup mixture over beef.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
- Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
