Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until smooth.
