Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, celery, and dill.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the shrimp mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
