Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked and peeled shrimp
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Add the shrimp and stir until the shrimp is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Serve the shrimp rejer chilled or at room temperature, garnished with the chopped parsley.
