Ingredients
1 cup of canned beanie-weenies
1 cup of shredded cheese
1 package of 10-inch flour tortillas
1/4 cup of finely diced onion
1/4 cup of finely diced bell pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together beanie-weenies, cheese, onion, bell pepper, and salsa.
Lay out a tortilla and spoon some of the beanie-weenie mixture into the center.
Fold the tortilla in half to form a half-moon shape, and place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
