Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place potatoes in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are fork tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and return to the saucepan. Add butter and cream and mash until desired consistency is reached. Stir in dill weed, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
