Ingredients
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped apples
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Directions
- Put the steel-cut oats and water in the Instant Pot.
- Close and seal the lid.
- Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode and adjust the cooking time to 4 minutes.
- When the cooking is done, let the pressure release naturally.
- Open the lid and add the butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, apples and rosemary.
- Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
