Instant Pot Apple-Rosemary Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped apples
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Put the steel-cut oats and water in the Instant Pot.
  2. Close and seal the lid.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode and adjust the cooking time to 4 minutes.
  4. When the cooking is done, let the pressure release naturally.
  5. Open the lid and add the butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, apples and rosemary.
  6. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
