Ingredients

  • 2 turkey legs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. Place the legs on a baking sheet and drizzle with the oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the turkey legs.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the turkey legs reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
