Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soup and milk. Mix in tuna, mushrooms, peas, and 1/4 cup of the breadcrumbs. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine remaining breadcrumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
