  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pork, beef, onion, garlic, nutmeg, coriander, smoked paprika, dill weed, black pepper, flour, egg, bread crumbs, and parsley.
  2. Using your hands, mix the ingredients together until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
