Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/3 cup of sugar. Mix well.
  3. Press the graham cracker crust mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared pie plate. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream and 1/3 cup of sugar until stiff peaks form. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In a double boiler over low heat, melt white chocolate chips. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream mixture. Spread the mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  7. Chill pie in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
