Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and spiralized
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a pie dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey with onions and garlic until browned. Add in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer.
