Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
