  • 6 green peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. Cut off the tops of the green peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
