Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 tablespoon oil

- 12-16 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onions, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until onions turn translucent.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Mix well.
- Add mashed sweet potatoes and thawed peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and mix until well combined. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
- Place a spoonful of the sweet potato filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal using water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer.
- Fry the samosas in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
