Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Directions
