Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the shrimp, scallops, and crab meat to the skillet and cook until seafood is cooked through.
  3. Stir in the white wine and heavy cream, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Layer 4 lasagna noodles on the bottom of the dish, followed by a third of the seafood mixture.
  7. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of noodles on top.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
