- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked and crumbled sausage, diced onion, diced bell pepper, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
