Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 8 oz bow tie pasta
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
