Ingredients
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup rum (optional)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Directions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in shredded coconut.
- Pour mixture into ice pop molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
