  • 6-7 cups thinly sliced apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 vegan pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
