Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat pita bread
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • Tzatziki sauce
