- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
- 12 Oreo cookies
