Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch cake pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Layer sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top the bananas with sliced strawberries and crushed pineapple.
  8. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer.
  9. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the cake.
  11. Decorate with maraschino cherries.
  12. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set.
