These mini sweet potato pies are the perfect individual desserts for any occasion. They are easy to make and bursting with sweet potato flavor. The flaky crust and creamy sweet potato filling will have everyone asking for seconds!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
