Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)

Directions
