Ingredients
- 1 package of filo pastry sheets
- 1 pound fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach mixture, crumbled feta, Parmesan, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
