Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
