Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together potatoes, crab meat, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
