Ingredients
- 1 box jumbo pasta shells
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 jar marinara sauce
Directions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the artichoke and spinach mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
