This creamy and savory dish combines tender pasta shells filled with a blend of artichokes, spinach, and cheese. Baked to perfection, these stuffed shells make a satisfying and comforting meal that is perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 box jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Directions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the artichoke and spinach mixture and place in the baking dish.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
