This succulent pork tenderloin marinated in a zesty orange sauce is a perfect dish for any special occasion or weeknight dinner. The citrusy marinade infuses the pork with bright flavors and keeps it moist and tender when grilled or roasted.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, honey, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F. Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill or roast the pork tenderloin for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy the juicy and flavorful orange marinated pork tenderloin!
