  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
