Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the peaches and place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup over the peaches. Toss gently to coat.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, melted coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Evenly spread the crumble mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
