- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 gluten-free burger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.)
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, gluten-free bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Press the patties gently to ensure they hold their shape.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the turkey patties onto the pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the gluten-free burger buns in a toaster or on a grill.
- Once the turkey burgers are cooked, remove them from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each turkey patty on a toasted gluten-free bun. Add your desired toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, or any other toppings of your choice.
- Serve the turkey burgers immediately and enjoy!
