Ingredients

  • 8 lasagna sheets
  • 1/2 pound ground veal
  • 1/2 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook lasagna sheets according to package instructions, then cut into thirds.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground veal, chicken, and beef until browned. Add onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  5. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
