Ingredients

  • 1 pound of pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of sliced scallions
  • 3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 large tortillas

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sliced pork, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix well to coat the pork with the marinade. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the sesame oil and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage and sliced scallions to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.
  5. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
  7. Place a spoonful of the pork and vegetable filling onto the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form a wrap.
  8. Serve the Moo Shu Pork Wraps immediately and enjoy!
