  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef sirloin and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix coconut milk and tapioca flour until well combined. Add to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in coconut aminos, salt, and pepper. Add cooked beef back to the skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes.
