Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  6. Add potatoes and cauliflower florets, mix well to coat with the spices.
  7. Cover and cook on low heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Sprinkle garam masala and mix gently. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
